The Shops at Sea Country in Waianae slated for completion in Spring 2007
Honolulu, Hawaii (July 27, 2006) – Sofos Realty Corporation will handle the leasing of the brand new retail and office building called The Shops at Sea Country located at 1988 Pakeke Street in Waianae. This 5,500 square foot single story building is a part of D.R. Horton-Schuler Homes’ new Sea Country master planned community in Leeward, Oahu. The Sea Country development has sold over 300 homes with more than 570 homes in various stages of planning and construction.
