Koko Marina Center appoints Sofos Realty Corporation
as its new leasing agent and management firm
Honolulu, Hawaii (July 28, 2006) – Koko Marina Center opened its doors to a new partner, Sofos Realty Corporation. As of May 1, 2006, Sofos is managing and leasing the popular marina-front center located in East Oahu.
Scott Hayashi, Vice President Stanford Carr Development, will continue to oversee the Center on behalf of the owners, a group of local and mainland investors. “We are looking forward to working with the new team,” said Hayashi. “Hawaii Kai is a growing community and we want Koko Marina Center to continue to be the place to shop, eat and enjoy activities that can not be found in any other center in East Oahu.”
The Sofos management team at the Koko Marina office is headed by newly appointed poprty manager, Suzie Setzler. With over 6 years of experience in the real estate industry, Setzler will supervise improvements, common area expenses, budget preparations, tenant coordination and relations, marketing as well as all physical management of the property. Before joining Sofos Realty Corporation, Setzler was a residential property manager at The Rental Center.
