Sofos Realty continues to show growth
with new team members and clients
Honolulu, Hawaii (April 16, 2010) – Sofos Realty is proud to announce some exciting new projects and exclusive listings with the Airport Industrial Park, Kapolei Spectrum Business Park, Pacific Industrial Center and Waipio Industrial Court and has recently hired new team members to support the company’s growing portfolios.
Sofos Realty has secured two projects in the second city of Kapolei. The Kapolei Spectrum Business Park is offering great deals for investors and business ventures with relatively new office spaces with units ranging from 1,295 sf to 3,318 sf. Some units can be combined to over 9,000 sq ft. With a great price roll back, units are being offered as low as $200 per square foot for new and improved warehouse space. The Pacific Industrial Center located on Hanua Street offers warehouse and mezzanine units for a total of 34,000 sf.
The Waipio Industrial Court in Waipahu offers highly desirable small bays which are in small supply. Units range in size from 960 sf to 2,560 sf.
The largest project overall with 776,506 sf of gross leasable area is the Airport Industrial Park (AIPA), Oahu’s premier office and warehouse space. AIPA offers multi-level mixed use facilities with office space, high cube warehouse space and light use flex type warehouse space. Amenities include an on-site management and maintenance team, experienced architect staff for space planning services, full time security, enclosed parking excellent telecommunications and data connectivity, abundant visitor parking, climate controlled warehousing capabilities and central location with easy freeway access.
To assist with these new projects, Sofos Realty also announces the addition of several new team members. Jay Elicker will be managing current client accounts as well as bringing in new clients as the Vice-President of Investment Sales & Leasing. Previously with PM Realty Group, Elicker started his career at Sofos Realty and is happy to return to his roots and help establish Sofos Realty Corporation as a leader in the marketplace. Elicker is a CCIM candidate and member of NAIOP Hawaii Chapter.
New hires in the Sales & Leasing group are Anthony Provenzano and Alex Fergus as new sales associates. Provenzano, previously with PM Realty, will focus on commercial properties while Fergus, who was a project manager at Nicobar Group, will specialize in the industrial market.
Jeryl Kam has rejoined Sofos Realty as executive assistant to Steve Sofos, CEO and Principal Broker. Kam most recently held an executive assistant position with Hawaiian Telcom. Kam will provide support to help the company achieve its highest potential in growth and excellence.
