Sofos Realty Corporation sells a part of history

Honolulu, Hawaii (January 27, 2011) – Sofos Realty Corporation represented the buyers in the sale of two major parcels including one that marks the end of an era.

In October 2010, Jay Elicker, Vice-President of Investment Sales & Leasing, represented LJR Holdings, LLC, in the sale of the former Honolulu Star-Bulletin warehouse located at 45-494 Luluku Place in Kaneohe for $1,150,000. They have not disclosed what they will be doing with the property, which became available when the owners of the Honolulu Star-Bulletin purchased the Honolulu Advertiser along with its new printing facility and warehouse in Kapolei consolidating operations at the newer facility.

Also in the fourth quarter of 2010, Steven Sofos, President / CEO, represented the buyer, Dragon Mauka, LLC, in the sale of the 37-unit fee-simple apartment building located at 650 Sheridan Street for $6.0 million. Jay Elicker and Anthony Provenzano sold 6 units at Kapolei Spectrum I for a total $7+ million and a 1.1 acre vacant industrial lot in Kapolei Business Park for $1.2 million.
