Sofos Realty Corporation sells Oahu Cabinets Building
Honolulu, Hawaii (May 2, 2011) – Jay Elicker, Vice-President of Investment Sales & Leasing for Sofos Realty, represented Oahu Joint Venture in the sale of the Oahu Cabinets 53,560 square foot building located in Kapolei at 91-424 Kauhi Street. This heavy industrial warehouse on 2.21 acres sold for $5,000,000. The building was being leased as three individual bays with two tenants, Ridgetop Roofing, Inc., and Driessen Services, Inc. The main warehouse consisting of 33,560 square feet did not have a tenant. Future plans with the new buyer is not known at this time.
